71st Annual Conference in San Francisco March 21-23, 2017
We've all had time to get back to our everyday work challenges. It's always interesting for me to get back to work and think about the new things I've learned at NAPMM conferences. I always come back with new vigor and excitement. Meeting new people and getting together with old friends that are in the same profession is medicinal for me. The 2017 conference in San Francisco was no different. Congratulations to Greg Tison, manager of the Jacksonville Farmers Market, for receiving the 2017 NAPMM Market Manager of the Year Award, Deb Churchill, Property Manager for the City Market in Kansas City for receiving the Mulligan Award and Tom Preston, Manager of the San Antonio Produce Terminal Market for receiving his Certified Produce Market Manager certificate.
As Chair of the 2017 Conference Committee, I would like to thank the committee and especially our host, Michael Janis and his staff for a successful conference.
